# Review and Admit Guests in Bulk

> Accept or deny everyone waiting in the guest lobby at once, message someone before letting them in, or stop being asked altogether.

<Note>
  **Draft** — this page is draft documentation for BigBlueButton 4.0. The details described here may change before release.
</Note>

When your session's [guest policy](/docs/4.0/moderator-guide/participant-permissions-and-policies) is set to ask the moderator, arrivals wait in the lobby. BigBlueButton 4.0 consolidates that review into a single pop-up, so a class arriving all at once does not mean thirty separate decisions.

## Review the lobby

Everyone waiting appears in the list in the order they arrived. From there you can:

* **Accept** one person, and they join the session immediately.
* **Accept all** — admit everyone currently waiting.
* **Deny** one person, or **deny everyone**.
* **Send a message** to someone who is waiting — useful when you need to ask who they are before letting them in.

## Stop being asked

The pop-up also offers a **remember allow all** option. Choose it and BigBlueButton stops asking about arrivals for the rest of the session — they join directly.

You can get the same result by changing the guest policy itself to **Always accept**.

<Warning>
  **Always deny** turns arrivals away. Someone who is denied needs a new invitation to join.
</Warning>

For the policies themselves, see [How to configure guest policy](/docs/help/moderator-guide/how-to-configure-guest-policy).
