# BN Analytics Overview

## What is ELAD?

The **Enterprise Learning Analytics Dashboard (ELAD)** is an analytics platform from Blindside Networks that gives educational administrators institution-wide visibility into virtual learning across all of their BigBlueButton classes.

Where BigBlueButton's built-in Learning Analytics Dashboard (LAD) supports individual educators within a single session, ELAD aggregates data across every session to give administrators a high-level view of how virtual classes are performing over time.

## Key capabilities

* **Automatic updates** — The dashboard refreshes after each class session, so administrators get an up-to-date overview of all virtual classes without manual data collection.
* **Trend analysis** — Graphs show student activity, instructional time, product usage, and engagement patterns over time, helping measure the ROI of virtual learning initiatives.
* **Detailed filtering** — Drill down by time period, course, role, and other variables, with export to CSV, XLS, or PDF.
* **Risk and excellence identification** — Outlier analysis surfaces students who may be at risk or those who are excelling.
