# How long until my recording is available for viewing?

> Recordings take up to 24 hours to process. If your recording is missing, check that you used the Start/Resume record button during the session.

Recordings take up to 24 hours to process. If you do not see your recording within a few hours, it is likely still in the processing queue and will be available shortly.

## If you still do not see a recording

During the session, you must indicate which segments to include in the recording by selecting the **Start/Resume record** button. If you did not select **Start/Resume record** at any point during the session, no recording was captured and the session cannot be recovered.
