# Known Issues

> These are the known issues with using BigBlueButton.

* **Audio and video in recordings out-of-sync.**  In BigBlueButton, the audio and video travel through two different channels.  In some recordings, they can be about a second out of sync.  A future update will transmit both audio and video on the same channel.
* **Connectivity issues with Spectrum Internet**.  We've seen issues with some customers of Spectrum Internet getting periodically disconnected after recent network updates.  The fix is to [disable IPV6](/docs/help/troubleshooting/how-to-disable-ipv6) on their router. 
* **Safari Mobile (iPad/iOS) does not allow users to share their screen.**  Currently, neither Android or iOS devices implement the screen share API for the browser.
* **Error 1136: Permission to capture the screen needs to be granted** If your chrome is open, and it's half way through updating, then screen-share will not be recognized and you might get this error. To fix, restart Chrome (and let it finish updating) and then you will be able to screen share again.
