When creating a BigBlueButton Conference, you can use an option within the Conference to add it to the calendar. However, this shortcut has two limitations: 1. You must invite everyone to the Conference. 2. You cannot set many calendar entry properties, such as repeating events. A better approach is to first create the Conference the way you want, such as with specific users, then create the calendar entry and link it directly to the Conference.
