Inviting a guest into a session

When you join a BigBlueButton session, the Session Details window will automatically appear. If you are logged into BigBlueButton session as Moderator, the guest invite option is available.  Select **Invite a guest to join this meeting [2]**which opens a new tab with the following text. Guest invite tab showing the invite link to copy and share Copy the invite link [1] to your clipboard.  You can then email it to a guest for them to join directly into your meeting. By default, this link is only valid for the current active session.  If you want the guest invite link to be valid for the current session and all future sessions for this meeting, contact Blindside Networks. When opening a guest invite link, your browser will display the Join a running meeting prompt. Join a running meeting prompt with name field and Join button To join the session, enter your name [1] and click Join [2].  You’ll join the BigBlueButton session as viewer with the prefix (guest).
