In Application Authorization lets anyone with your Personal Rooms URL create an account, regardless of their email domain. Use it when your users are not all on a single Google or Office 365 domain. You control who can complete sign-up by choosing one of three registration methods.

Registration methods

Choose one method. The methods cannot be combined, and the method you choose applies to everyone who tries to register.
  • Open registration — anyone with your Personal Rooms URL can sign up and sign in.
  • Join by invitation — open sign-up is disabled. Only people who receive an email invitation from an administrator can sign up.
  • Approve/decline — anyone can sign up, but an administrator must approve the account before the user can sign in.

What we need from you

The registration method you want to use. Send your choice to support@blindsidenetworks.com, along with the name and email address of the person to set up as your Personal Rooms administrator.
You can change the registration method at any time from Site Settings in the Administrator Panel.
