Yes. As the owner of a Personal Room, you can invite attendees in two ways: using the Invite Participants link before the session, or sharing the Personal Room Invite Link once the session is running. Invitegreenlight To invite attendees before the session starts, copy the Copy Join Link [1] link and send it via email or message. If a participant opens the invite link before you have started the session, they see a waiting message. Waiting When you, the owner, enter the room and start the BigBlueButton session, anyone on the waiting page is joined into the session automatically. When the session is running, the Personal Room Invite Link [1] and the Join by URL link [2] appears in the session’s title, showing the details of the meeting in a tab. Both options will send guests an invite to the meeting room.
