Yes. As the owner of a Personal Room, you can invite attendees in two ways: using the Invite Participants link before the session, or sharing the Personal Room Invite Link once the session is running. If a participant opens the invite link before you have started the session, they see a waiting message. Meeting hasn't started yet message When you, the owner, enter the room and start the BigBlueButton session, anyone on the waiting page is joined into the session automatically.
