When creating a BigBlueButton Conference, you can use an option within the Conference to add it to the calendar. However, this shortcut has two limitations:
  1. You must invite everyone to the Conference.
  2. You cannot set many calendar entry properties, such as repeating events.
A better approach is to first create the Conference the way you want, such as with specific users, then create the calendar entry and link it directly to the Conference. The following video walks you through how to do this.
