By default, when you create a conference, all course members automaticall have access to the conference. They can see the conference, join it, and view the subsequent recordings. Also, any subsequent late joiners will be added to the conference Course Members.
Conference with a specific membership
If when a conference was created and Invite all course members was unchecked, only specific students manually added to the Course Members will be able to see/join the conference.
You can edit the membership of such conferences by selecting the gear icon and choosing Edit.
For such conferences, once they are ended from within Canvas, they move to the bottom of the screen under Concluded Conferences
Once concluded, they are not longer editable.
Once a Conference is concluded, you can no longer edit its Members list.
