Language strings

If your site is missing translated BigBlueButton strings or uses outdated wording, the fix usually follows Moodle’s normal localization workflow.

• for standard language packs, go to Language customization
• for custom wording, use Moodle’s language customization tools

Typical problems

• the language pack has not been updated
• the site installed new BigBlueButton strings after the language pack was last refreshed
• local customizations are overriding expected wording
