  • Audio and video in recordings out-of-sync.  In BigBlueButton, the audio and video travel through two different channels.  In some recordings, they can be about a second out of sync.  A future update will transmit both audio and video on the same channel.
  • Connectivity issues with Spectrum Internet.  We’ve seen issues with some customers of Spectrum Internet getting periodically disconnected after recent network updates.  The fix is to disable IPV6 on their router. 
  • Safari Mobile (iPad/iOS) does not allow users to share their screen.  Currently, neither Android or iOS devices implement the screen share API for the browser.
  • Error 1136: Permission to capture the screen needs to be granted If your chrome is open, and it’s half way through updating, then screen-share will not be recognized and you might get this error. To fix, restart Chrome (and let it finish updating) and then you will be able to screen share again.
